WHY OPERATORS CHOOSE FOTAFLO
For your guides, it's a zero-friction tool to capture the moment. For your marketing and management teams, it's a hands-free growth machine. No more dealing with clunky USB drives, sharing files manually, or forcing captains and instructors to handle guests' personal devices.
POWERFUL IN-THE-FIELD FEATURES
. Intelligent Reservation Labels: Syncs directly with your ticketing platform (FareHarbor, Peek, Xola, Checkfront, and more) to automatically match captured media with specific guest bookings.
. Background Upload Sync: Photos and videos queue and upload automatically, even in low-connectivity areas, ensuring no memory is ever lost.
. Offline Queueing: Keep shooting without an active network; the app safely stores and pushes media once you're back online.
. Native Smart Camera: Engineered for speed and reliability, optimised for outdoor, fast-moving environments.
. Multi-Device Collaboration: Multiple guides can upload directly into a single guest group album simultaneously.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT (THE GROWTH ENGINE)

. Review Amplification: Review requests prompt guests exactly when their excitement is highest, skyrocketing your volume of photo-backed reviews on TripAdvisor and Google.
. Trackable Word-of-Mouth: Seamless social sharing hooks turn your guests into active brand advocates, exposing your experience to their entire social network.
. Automated Remarketing: Re-engage past guests automatically with their own memories, keeping your brand top-of-mind and turning one-time visitors into repeat customers.
